The purpose of this survey is to confirm your eligibility for the HOPE study. HOPE is a single use mobile health app created for KU students to help them overcome problem eating. Your participation in this survey is expected to take approximately 5-10 minutes.

If this survey deems you eligible for the study, it will automatically route you to the consent form and baseline survey. The consent form and baseline survey will take an additional 5-10 minutes to complete, and you can return to the survey at a later time if you so choose.
